Project: Longbow

A tactical operations framework emphasizing immersive, physicalized systems, diegetic tablet interfaces, and seamless hub-to-raid transitions. Unity 2022, C#. Active development Jun–Nov 2023.

Collaboration

Built with Tim Rurkowski, who handled the technical art and splines. We worked on this together to pitch a game. Development ended Nov 2023 when Tim could no longer allocate time. It is early and unfinished, but the systems architecture is real.

Genre Context

Kingmakers (early access Sept 15, 2025) is a less serious, third-person version of the genre that Project Longbow was attempting to create. Longbow's approach was first-person with Unrecord-style art shaders and a Stargate-inspired operational structure. The market has since validated the genre space.
